• Account information: Name, email, organization name.
• Documents: Files you upload and extracted data.
• Usage data: Document counts, timestamps, quality flags.
• Payment: Processed by Dodo Payments. We don't store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your data. We do not use your documents for advertising or AI training.

3. Document Processing

Documents are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for extraction. Anthropic does not use API-submitted data to train their models.

4. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic Claude API — document extraction
• Clerk — authentication
• Dodo Payments — billing
• Railway — infrastructure

5. Data Isolation

Each organization's data is logically isolated. No organization can access another's documents.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account cancellation.
