Common questions
What counts as a document?
Each uploaded death certificate (PDF or image) counts as one document. Re-uploads of the same file count again.
What fields are extracted?
Case number, full name, date of death, state, cause of death, and marital status. The AI also flags any additional fields it finds on the certificate.
Does it integrate with my case management system?
Growth plan and above includes CRM integration — push approved extraction data directly to SmartAdvocate, Filevine, Clio, or any system via webhook.
Can I cancel anytime?
